Returns Information

In case you wish to return a product from your order for any reason, it should be in its original condition, just as you received it, and the packaging should not have been opened. Opened or damaged packages will not be accepted for return.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of product returns, and the return address should match the one indicated on the package you received unless you have arranged otherwise with us.

The return method and service should be the same as the one used for the original shipment, unless you have discussed an alternative method with the store manager. Any additional expenses incurred by the customer for the return will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the product and confirm that the packaging has not been opened or damaged during the return process and can be placed back on the shelf for sale, you can, by prior arrangement, receive a refund equal to the purchase receipt value of the product, excluding the shipping costs you paid at the time.

Please ensure that you have sent the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, our store will not accept the return.

Upon successful completion of the return process, you will receive a refund equal to the exact purchase receipt value (shipping costs are not included).
