The Viosarp pan is made of aluminium, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust and very fast to heat. We recommend you choose this pan if you want to cook 4-6 portions of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small hobs, as it is difficult to distribute heat evenly throughout the pan. To keep the non-stick coating intact, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and avoid using a cleaning whisk. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
